Service in the university office helps Hunters transition to new environments. <\/span>Support is offered throughout the year from organizing an orientation program to assistance with academic writing and resumes as you prepare to graduate. <\/span>It’s no secret that top US universities continue to maintain a strong presence among the best-ranked educational institutions in the world. <\/span>This relates to the high academic standards and strict requirements imposed on students.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Studying in America provides an ideal environment for Hunters, characterized by flexible educational methods and a process of continuous development in various fields of study. <\/span>US universities deliberately change class structure and teaching methods to make learning interesting. <\/span>US colleges and universities are notoriously relaxed. <\/span>You are not obligated to attend every class, or stay for a full lecture.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1. American Undergraduate Scholarship: Berea College United States<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Berea College United States is a <\/span>partial<\/span><\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong> funding scholarship\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0(100%\u00a0 <\/span>tuition waiver<\/span><\/em> ), information as follows:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Appropriateness<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

  1. Applicants must meet university entry requirements in their own country and be able to demonstrate outstanding secondary or passing results<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Fluent in English, both oral and written<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n

        2. American Undergraduate Scholarship: The Wesleyan Freeman Asia Scholarship Program<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

        The Wesleyan Freeman Asia Scholarship Program <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>is a fully funded scholarship, information as follows:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        Appropriateness<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Applicants must have completed high school (Hunters following the British O- and A-level system will normally be enrolled in the second year of their A-level program at the time of application. The scholarship party cannot consider students from Malaysia based on the estimated SPM results, so must be enrolled in second year of STPM at the time of application. Students who are already enrolled at the university are not eligible for the Wesleyan Freeman Asian Scholarship. As for South Korea, students can accept a place at a Korean university in February of the year of admission, pending the decision of this scholarship) and must be a citizen a national or permanent resident of one of the following eleven countries or territories: the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand or Vietnam.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Individuals with dual US citizenship or who are permanent residents of the US are not eligible for this program. <\/span>Wesleyan meets 100% of demonstrated financial need for all admitted students, domestic and international.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Students who must meet military service requirements after completing high school must enlist in the year they can enlist.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Only students who apply for need-based financial assistance and have demonstrated need will be considered.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Profit<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

          Each Freeman Scholar will receive a scholarship to cover the full costs of attendance, including tuition, fees, room and board, supplies, and travel, for a total grant of over $80,000.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            If you have graduated from or are about to graduate from a high school outside the United States and English is not your first language, you will be asked to answer additional essay questions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            First, in addition to applying to Knight-Hennessy Scholars, Hunters must apply to, be accepted by, and enroll in a full-time Stanford undergraduate degree program.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Scholarships are applied directly to cover tuition fees and related costs<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
            2. Allowance for living and academic expenses (such as room and board, books, academic equipment, teaching materials, local transportation and reasonable personal expenses)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
            3. The travel allowance is meant to cover economy class tickets for one annual trip to and from Stanford<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. Newly enrolled scholars receive a one-time relocation allowance intended to offset some of the costs associated with relocating to the area and\/or purchasing technology<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n

                    \u00a04.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>American Masters\/S3 Scholarships: Fulbright Scholarships for Indonesia<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

                    Fulbright Scholarships for Indonesia are fully funded scholarships, information as follows:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

                    Appropriateness<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
                      \n
                    1. Be an Indonesian citizen and not a permanent resident or citizen of the US, or currently living in the US<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                    2. Have leadership qualities and demonstrated experience in community service<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                    3. Have preparation for, and demonstrated commitment to the chosen field of study<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                    4. Proficient in English<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                    5. Have an outstanding academic record<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                    6. \u00a0Demonstrate that can realistically complete full-time graduate study or conduct research in the US<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                    7. Demonstrate a strong commitment to return to Indonesia after completing the Fulbright scholarship program<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                    8. Willing to work for at least five years before retiring after completing the scholarship program<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                    9. An applicant is not eligible if he\/she is: An employee, an immediate family member of the employee, or a dependent of an employee of AMINEF, the US Embassy, \u200b\u200bor the US Department of State. <\/span>Currently pursuing another title. <\/span>Received another scholarship at the time of application. <\/span>Pursue another similar program for a dual degree<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                    10. \u00a0GPA 3.0 (scale 4.0)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
