Requirements in OJT Implementation
In implementing OJT, there are several important things or OJT requirements that must be considered. The important things in the implementation of OJT are:
- Implemented with the guidance of the company’s internal party. For example, a senior employee in their field, or a manager-level employee

OJT or On the Job Training has several advantages that benefit companies. The advantages in question include:

2. Lack
