In this depotism system, it has unlimited power so that it is arbitrary and oppressive. <\/span>The political power of the ruler tends to be absolute, tyrannical and dictatorial. <\/span>Some countries that have used the depotism system of Germany, China and the Soviet Union before becoming Russia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Monarchy Government System\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Monarchy system<\/span><\/span><\/span> is a government led by people who have been passed down from generation to generation. <\/span>Monarchy comes from the Greek<\/span><\/span> monos<\/span><\/span><\/em> meaning one and<\/span><\/span> archein<\/span><\/span><\/em> meaning government<\/span><\/span> .\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Monarchy is a type of government system in which the king is the head of state. <\/span>Monarchy or royal government system is the oldest system in the world.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

At the beginning of the 19th century there were more than 900 thrones in the world but this decreased to 240 in the 20th century. <\/span>Whereas in the eighth decade of the 20th century only 40 thrones remained.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Several countries that have adopted a monarchy system include the United Kingdom, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Liechtenstein, the Kingdom of Qatar, the Kingdom of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Kingdom of Swaziland.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Dictator Government System<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Dictatorship system of government is <\/span><\/span>a system of government<\/span><\/span><\/span> in which the leader has complete power over the country. <\/span>One of the characteristics of dictatorial leaders is that they are imposing and oppressive. <\/span>In this system the process of gaining dictatorial leadership usually stems from a rebellion or a coup.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Some countries that use a dictatorial government system include Germany, the Soviet Union, Cambodia, Uganda, Spain, Iraq and the United Kingdom.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4. Oligarchy Government System\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Etymologically Oligarchy comes from the Greek <\/span><\/span>Oligarkh\u00eda<\/span><\/span><\/em> . <\/span><\/span>Oligon<\/span><\/span><\/em> which means little and <\/span><\/span>arkho<\/span><\/span><\/em> which means rule.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, in terminology, oligarchy is a system of government in which the leadership of the government comes from a small group of people. <\/span>Oligarchy can be formed either because of the military, economic wealth, family, education and religion.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Usually this <\/span>oligarchic system<\/span><\/span> grows because these groups have the same interests. <\/span>History records that the oligarchic government system tends to be dictatorial and tyrannical.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to their power, the oligarchs have the power to run the government arbitrarily and at will. <\/span>Not infrequently they oppress society for the sake of development and progress.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Some countries that have used an oligarchic government system include Liberia under the Americo-Liberians, South Africa under apartheid, the Sultanate of Zanzibar, and Rhodesia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5. Plutocratic Government System<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Plutocracy comes from the Greek <\/span><\/span>ploutos<\/span><\/span><\/em> which means wealth and <\/span><\/span>kratos<\/span><\/span><\/em> which means power. <\/span>A plutocracy system can mean a system of government based on class and wealth.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In Merriam-Webster explains plutocracy is a system of government controlled by the rich. <\/span>If in the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) plutocracy is a government system controlled by a group of capitalists or investors.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Power in a plutocratic system can be determined based on the amount of wealth they have. <\/span>This means that the plutocracy system is very closely related to money.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Some of the ancient countries that used the plutocracy system were Florence, Genoa and Ancient Greece<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

6. Democratic Government System\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

The word democracy comes from the Greek <\/span><\/span>“demos”<\/span><\/span><\/em> which means people and <\/span><\/span>“Kratos” which means<\/span><\/span><\/em> government. <\/span>A democratic government system is a system of government in which the people hold power.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Democracy has the ideal that the form and mechanism of the government system must involve the community. <\/span>This means that democracy as a system of government allows and gives rights, freedom to its citizens to express opinions and participate in decision-making in government.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

There are three principles of power sharing in democracy or better known as the trias politica, namely the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary. <\/span>The division of functions and duties aims to maintain the independence of fellow state institutions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Democracy can be direct (Direct Democracy) or through representatives (representative democracy). <\/span>Some countries that adhere to democracy include the United States, Indonesia, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland and Canada.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

7. Theocratic Government System\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Theocratic government system is a government system whose leaders are religious elites. <\/span>The word theocracy comes from the Greek . <\/span>means \u201cgod\u201d and means \u201crule\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Theocracy is a system of government by the representative of God. <\/span>some areas that still hold a theocratic system of government are the Vatican, Tibet, Iran and other Islamic countries.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Although in Islamic countries it is not fully theocratic, but choosing a leader based on religious background is still strong.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

8. Anarchic Government System<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Anarchy is a system of government that is weak. <\/span>In an anarchic government system, a state institution cannot control its people.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This system can run because of the absence of law and law enforcement officials in the government so that <\/span><\/span>chaos<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/a> occurs . <\/span>The Indonesian Language Dictionary (KBBI) defines anarchism as the absence of government, laws, regulations, and order.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
