1. Russia Undergraduate/Masters Scholarship: Russian Government Scholarship
The Russian Government Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship with the following information:

Scope
- Tuition fee
- Living expenses (the amount depends on the campus, tuition fees are more expensive, monthly fees are less)
However, this Russia scholarship does not fund the following:
- Airfare (the cheapest is T Airways, Rp. 3,900,000 one way. Normal price is around Rp. 5,000,000). Depart around October
- Insurance (Rp 1,200,000 – Rp 3,000,000 per year), collective via university
- Visa 80 USD 3 months, after arriving there extension 1400 rubles x IDR 225 (renew once a year). To arrange a visa: Invitation letter + registration number from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Required documents
- Application form (parts of registration number, department code, department, and choice of university can be left blank beforehand)
- Approval letter
- Colored copy of Passport (minimum valid until July 2025). Attach the personal data page and the next page where there are additional records of names or other information
- Certificate
- For S1 – if you don’t have a diploma, you may use the final semester report card.
- S2 – must have a diploma and transcript of S1 grades
- S3 – there must be a diploma and transcripts of S1 and S2 grades
- All color photocopies of diplomas and legalized by the school or university.
- Health certificate (results from the medical certificate can follow until the end of December)
- Colored birth certificate
- Letters of motivation can be brought during the interview for all levels of S1, S2, S3 in English
- Abstracts in English for Masters and Doctoral degrees can be brought during the interview
- S3 applicants are expected to have a supervisor recommendation letter from the intended university.
Documents number 1-6 are prepared in a colorful and neat manner. Cannot be black and white if the original document is color, not stapled, not clipped, and is A4 size paper.
For document collection, it is expected to use a map according to the level of education with the following conditions:
- S1: yellow folder
- S2: red folder
- S3: blue folder

2. Russian Masters/S3 Scholarships: Open Doors Russian Scholarship Project
The Open Doors Russian Scholarship Project is a partial funding scholarship (100% tuition waiver ) or partial scholarship. Here’s the complete information:
Registration requirement
The competition is open to students who hold a Bachelor’s degree or are currently completing a Bachelor’s degree program in the Olympic year for the Masters track and have a Masters or Specialist degree for the doctoral track (analogous to PhD) in the Olympic year.
Scholarship coverage
Olympiad winners and prize winners ( runner-up ) can enroll in Masters or Doctoral programs opened by Russian universities without additional entrance tests and without paying tuition fees. The Government of the Russian Federation bears all educational expenses within the provided quota.

3. Russian Doctoral Scholarship: Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology

Registration requirement
To be eligible for the Ph.D program, at the time of registration at Skoltech, applicants must hold an M.Sc degree or equivalent (specialist degree) from a recognized higher education institution and in a relevant field of study.

- As part of the admissions process, applicants must indicate a Skoltech faculty member with whom they wish to pursue doctoral studies.
